EvangelistTonette McNeil
Evangelist Tonette McNeil is a faithful member of Refreshing Spring Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop James E. Jordan, Jr., where she serves in various capacities with a heart for ministry and serving God's people.
Prayer has been a foundational part of her life and calling. God birthed Break Every Chain Prayer Ministry through Evangelist Tonette McNeil on March 10, 2014. Since its beginning, the ministry has remained a place of prayer, encouragement, faith, and spiritual support for people seeking God's presence and power in their lives.
Her prayer mantle was passed down through generations, beginning with her late mother, Mary Hudgins Jenkins, whose life and example planted seeds that continue to impact lives today. God also strategically connected Evangelist Tonette with her spiritual mother, Apostle Delores Chatmon of California, whom she met in South Carolina during a prayer conference more than ten years ago. Through mentorship and spiritual guidance, Apostle Chatmon helped cultivate and strengthen the prayer mantle upon her life.
Evangelist Tonette also serves faithfully as Prayer Chaplain for In My Season's Women's Ministry, a role she has carried for many years with dedication and compassion.
Over the years, God has expanded the ministry's reach beyond local gatherings. Evangelist Tonette has facilitated in-person prayer conferences, all-night prayer shut-ins, and gatherings that have brought people together from various states seeking healing, breakthrough, restoration, and spiritual renewal.
In 2020, God gave her a vision to lead 31 Days of Prayer during the month of December, a powerful assignment that continues to impact lives and has connected people from around the world through prayer and faith.
As the ministry continues to grow, God has expanded the vision through Love Breaks Every Chain Podcast, an extension of Break Every Chain Prayer Ministry.
Love Breaks Every Chain Podcast creates another space for people to encounter biblical truth, prayer, healing, testimony, forgiveness, restoration, and authentic conversations that encourage spiritual growth and strengthen faith. It serves as a place where lives can be impacted through the love of God and where people can experience encouragement for everyday life.

Evangelist Tonette believes prayer changes lives, faith moves mountains, and God still transforms hearts today.
She is a devoted wife to Minister Keith McNeil of 25 years and the proud mother of one son, Aaron McNeil.
